An unusual work from Boet, whose pieces are generally tall and willowy. The balanced composition and beautiful detailing combine to create a very pleasing piece.

Boet was the deserving winner of the fiercely contested sculpture category in the prestigious NAMA (National Arts Merit Awards) competition for 2012 (he won in 2010 as well!)
