The epitome of a couple. The wife supports her new husband with a strong hand and he touches her lightly at the centre of her being: her soul, her womb.

An endearing work by Zimbabwe's most sought-after sculptor, Henry Munyaradzi, made at the height of his spectacular career.

This piece is being offered for sale on behalf of a private collector. It was purchased in 1985 from the Meikles Gallery in Harare as a gift for the owner (no original receipt therefore).

It is signed 'Henry' on the base.

It is located in France and will be shipped from there. It is for sale as seen and Guruve can take no responsibility for its condition. There are some minor scuffs and some damage at the base, but we feel this adds to its authenticity as it is nearly 30 years old.
