The two vertical lines of stone coming up from the base represents two people, a man and a woman. They have their arms around each other at the top of the sculpture; they are supporting each other. The hole in the middle denotes the spirit world, the essence of a strong relationship where two people's spirits are united.

This graceful sculpture is a perfect garden centrepiece, particularly given the truly 360° nature of the sculpture. More photos are available

Springstone is a dense and impermeable variety of serpentine stone, suitable for outdoor display in temperate climates. The pale green lines are veins in the stone, they are NOT cracks.
