A person who is making up a new song.

The top section is their head - the smaller hole is an eye and the large hole is a mouth; the shape below reflects the movement of a hand as it beats time as they make up a new song.

This lovely medium-sized sculpture is one of the highlights of this year's collection from Munyaradzi. It is a real 360° piece and the limited number of photographs make it hard to do it justice. More photos are available on request.

Fruit serpentine is the local Zimbabwean name for this colourful, slightly translucent variety of serpentine stone. This beautiful example has swirls of deep bottle green.
