The upper hole is a person's head and the lower half is their body. The way the stone folds around and encloses this space indicates someone trying to protect something inside; they are keeping a secret inside.

This is a perfect example of Munyaradzi's work - graceful lines, elegant simplicity and a technically demanding hollowing-out of the raw stone.
