An abstract female form which morphs into a bird on the reverse side - a very eye-catching small sculpture from Nesbert, and excellent value.

'Lemon opal' stone is the local Zimbabwean name for a translucent green variety of serpentine stone. It does NOT contain opals - it's nice stone, but not that nice! The golden areas are where the surface of the stone weathered slightly prior to being used for sculpting

The base is made from springstone and is 12cm in diameter and 2cm high.
