A person diving into water.

They are bent double, in mid-dive - the circle on the right hand side is the head; either side of the head are the arms coming round, and the curve from the left side over the top is the arching back of the body.

Having been shortlisted in an international artists' competition on the theme of water conservation in 2015, Tanyanyiwa continues to be inspired by water in this powerful yet simple work.

This unusual pale green stone is a rediscovered variety of serpentine that was a particular favourite of Brighton Sango.
