Guruve specialises in stone sculpture from Zimbabwe, by talented young artists and the famous names of previous generations.

These unique sculptures have a striking simplicity. Modern in their themes, they have evolved from the Shona art movement - the most important to emerge from Africa in the twentieth century. Many of the sculptors are inspired by their beliefs in the spirit world. They sculpt using high quality locally sourced stone.

We also promote well-established artists and their protégés from sub-Saharan Africa, working in a wide range of media from oils to scrap metal.

Whatever the age or nationality of the artist, every piece has one thing in common - the guarantee of quality and authenticity.
