Too Much To See
Norbert Shamuyarira

"There are too many things happening in Zimbabwe, it's too much to look at."

Although this is not a huge sculpture, it is a real statement piece. Even from a distance, it's easy to see the sharp contrast between the textured hair, where the raw stone has been briefly defined with a point and then waxed, and the smooth and shapely head and neck.

We recommend a tall thin plinth for this piece (perhaps a metre or so), to make the face slightly easier to see.
