A very simple and pleasing example of work by our most popular young artist Onias Mupumha, who recently won the NAMA prize for the best sculptor in Zimbabwe. The sweeping lines are organic and fluid; the use of textured surface creates a nice contrast and serves to highlight the beauty of the polished stone.

Springstone is the local name for a hard variant of serpentine stone. It is frost-resistant and is suitable for outdoor display.
