This lovely piece is superb value for money, and just goes to show that you don’t need a massive budget for an original work of art.

Ishmael has chosen to sand and wax the entirety of this sculpture so we can enjoy the wonderful colours and textures within the stone.

‘Avocado’ serpentine comes from the Great Dyke geological formation in northern Zimbabwe. It is both hard (like springstone) and colourful (like flower serpentine) – the best of both worlds!
