Semi-precious red jasper has such fascinating internal colour and structure. It is extremely hard, so power tools are essential to sculpt it. It’s very unusual to see it used like this, for a sculpture with so much detail; we’re incredibly impressed with Jonathan’s skill and effort in creating this piece, it’s outstanding.
