“The hole is the eye, below it a strong nose. It a strong face of a strong ruler who defends his people.”

A head in abstract form, with defined lines to represent the male strength of a powerful and respected chief.

This is a lovely little sculpture by one of Zimbabwe’s best young artists, and is an original and unique handmade sculpture. It’s also great value for money!

This particular variety of leopard rock (a type of serpentine stone) is also astonishing. It is found near the town of Shamva in northern Zimbabwe, and it really does look like the blotched coat of a leopard.

The piece is in the UK and will be shipped from there; P&P at buyer’s expense.
