Literally, this is a female judge (wearing the wig of authority). But we can broaden it out to any lady who acts with honour. By her stature and expression, you can tell she is honourable and you can trust her word.

The textured surface of the natural stone of the wig contrasts beautifully with the smooth elegance of her exquisitely sculpted face. Tutani is one of Zimbabwe’s most talented young sculptors, and his confidence as an artist shines through.

At just under a metre tall, this strikingly elegant sculpture is a very versatile height. For instance, on a tall narrow plinth she’d have a huge wow factor in a garden or large indoor space. Equally, on a patio or in a lounge where you might sit close to her, sited on a low plinth or even straight onto the floor she would not be overwhelming.

Springstone is the local name for a very hard variety of serpentine stone. It is made of tiny grains densely and evenly packed together. It is impermeable with very few flaws that might be exacerbated by frost action; therefore, it is suitable for outdoor display.
