The sweeping lines echo the ripples of water in a flowing stream.
Another delightfully organic work from Willard, who joined Guruve’s gallery of artists last year.
It is super value for an original and unique sculpture; Guruve are firmly committed to the idea that small sculptures should be of the same quality as bigger pieces, and that clients with small spaces or purses should not have to compromise on quality.
Willard’s use of simple flowing lines keeps the sculpture feeling fluid and uncluttered and allows the viewer to enjoy the elegant form of the piece and the incredible internal colour of the medium.
Unsurprisingly, this hard variety of serpentine stone has been named ‘avocado’ after its striking green and yellow colouration. The colours in the stone are entirely natural, enhanced by the application of a coat of clear wax.
