The piece is broad at the base and gets narrower at the top, like a plant growing upwards.

This tall elegant sculpture looks fabulous from every angle, a fantastic combination of form and colour.

It would make a super centrepiece for a garden or courtyard, particularly given the truly 360° nature of the sculpture and the organic theme.

Willard weaves graceful movement into the stone. Somehow, he has the ability to wield his chisel like a paintbrush, creating sweeping strokes and elegant flourishes.

Obviously, the stone is the star of the show! The colours in the stone are entirely natural, merely enhanced by the application of a coat of clear wax.

The green veins, with their crystalline structure, are part of the natural stone. They are made of a different mineral, even harder than the serpentine, and they have a fascinating texture that’s almost like crocodile skin. It’s a sculpture you could gaze at for hours…
